Shades of Rose was great to work with from initial request for a bid to completion of the job. Tyler asked good questions about various repairs were undertaking which were to be completed before painting. He prepared a thorough, but concise, easy to understand bid, in a quick timeframe which allowed us to make our decision on which bid to accept quickly. We had several questions prior to work commencing, which he promptly answered. Once work commenced, following a 2-day rain delay, another Tyler (Tyler 2) ran the crew with efficiency, responded politely to our requests and inquiries and thoroughly addressed all items. To complete our job on schedule, Tyler brought in addition crew to complete our project. The entire crew was polite, respectful and friendly to us, to our neighbors and their dog. They were even able to complete one of the repairs we were unable to complete in time. End to end, the house and detached garage looks fabulous and we are very please with the quality of workmanship, efficiency of completion, price and entire process. There are not enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Shades of Rose Painting, Inc.
