Had to take my pup in for stitches and was very worried because she's an anxious dog. Not only was the doctor awesome and very confident in working with an anxious dog but the front desk staff was wonderful. It's a very busy place but no one seemed cranky or snippy. Best experience I've ever had at a vet.

Dr. Pilversack has been attentive and thoughtful every time I have taken my pets in. You can see that he is a caring person in how he treats you and your precious ones. Yes, scheduling is problematic at times, but getting an actual appointment at another Doctor is usually weeks out. And, the blond girl at the front desk is rude and doesn't listen. That being said, the doctors here are the best. Honestly, that's my priority. 5 stars for doctors and care, less for that rude receptionist. Sorry

Why? Why on earth are you a walk in only clinic and not even an emergency hospital? I don't understand it. It would be significantly easier for patients and staff, if you made appointments. Obviously, block out time slots for urgent visits but there's no reason not to have appointment times. You're forcing everyone to form a line at 7am (when you don't open until 8), then you have 20 dogs and all the pet parents crowded into the waiting room. Dogs growling at snapping at each other and just complete, utter chaos. Dogs waiting hours to be seen. You know, all this could be avoided if you just scheduled visits.
