Just had KE Harn redo my roof. Current roof was 25 years old and we had a leak in the roof right at the exterior wall. I got quotes from 5 different roofing companies. KE Harn was the only one to suggest NOT doing certain things. I knew that some boards on the roof would need replacing. Just had KE Harn redo my roof. Current roof was 25 years old and we had a leak in the roof right at the exterior wall. I got quotes from 5 different roofing companies. KE Harn was the only one to suggest NOT doing certain things (like replacing all the boards under the roofing material). I knew that some boards on the roof would need replacing. These were quoted as a flat cost per board that they needed to actually replace, the cost they quoted was 1/3 of another roofer. Because we had an active leak and I was concerned about actual damage to the exterior wall, I kept in contact regarding the schedule. They were out a few months, but said they would do what they could. Actually got the roof done weeks before they expected they could (anothe r job had to be postponed because of weather). During the tear off they kept me complete appraised of what they were finding. The water damage to the exterior wall was greater than I anticipated. They were able to replace the water damaged wood in the wall and at a cost way less that what I was anticipating. Their crews were courtious and keep everything clean. Roof was completed in two days. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day, no debris left anywhere. They only way you could tell they had been there was the beautiful new roof on the house. Check with other companies, but make sure you talk to KE Harn. They will NOT disappoint you on price, quality or workmanship on their projects.

K E Harn Construction built our tile roof in 1992. When the roof was in need of cleaning or repair the company has always arrived when scheduled and performed a stellar job. His crew hand scrubbed the 3600sq ft tile roof to clean the moss from it! No loud, messy pressure washing here. When my roof did leak it was my fault because I did not clean the gutters so we had some water back up in the valleys. They patiently came out, cleaned the gutters, checked the valleys and kindly gave me lecture on keeping my gutters cleaner in the future.The Harn crew has maintained the health and appearance of our roof for 26 years and it looks as good today as the day they installed it!
