They are noted as very responsive and professional, taking care of issues even years after installation. While not the cheapest, their quotes are thorough. Customers are extremely satisfied and highly recommend J & K for their quality work and trusted service. Their workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the roof.
We are super pleased with the roofing service we received and the communication. They were pleasant to deal with by phone and email and very thorough in making sure of the details we were needing to have done. They made the process very easy. We highly recommend them!
After only 5 years of a new roof installation on our new house, we're experienced leaks around several vents, as a result of J&K leaving nails exposed on the downside of the vents (an opinion of two separate other roofers) ... J&K is taking responsibility for their work by replacing the leaking vents and weather sealing the exposed nails on the other vents ... we are very pleased that J&K made these necessary corrections, yet they were not willing to spray any mold caused by the leaking ... J&K was a roofing subcontractor for Adair Homes, our home builder.
Praise for J & K Roofing
J & K Roofing did a fabulous job on our new roof. From start to finish, the team was thoughtful, considerate, and highly professional. They kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the plan and making sure the work aligned with our schedule. We truly felt like we were getting five-star treatment.
They were recommended to us by the company that installed our roof 25 years ago—who now only does commercial work—and I trusted their referral. Our previous roof served us well for a quarter century, and J & K lived up to that legacy with excellent workmanship and an outstanding product.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience… read full review
