They were friendly & very helpful in picking out an arrangement. I was also able to tell them a few types of flowers to maybe put in the arrangement. Plus I wanted something bright & cheerful. It was really pretty

My friend loved her flowers! But I live in Eugene, so I asked if I could be texted a picture of them but that didn’t happen, sadly. Your customer service was great otherwise! I ordered by phone. I deliver flowers for a Eugene shop and we often get requests to send a photo via text, and we always do that no matter how busy we are. 😉
