The space is calming and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My massages with Frederick have been excellent and very therapeutic. He is experienced and listens to my concerns. He has resolved every problem I have brought up including pain in my knees, a very tight shoulder causing numbness in my hand, and a sore hip. It's quiet and comfortable in the treatment rooms. I leave feeling relaxed and well cared for. I have never had anything less than excellent customer service.

Jackie was amazing, she took the time understand my particular needs due my spine surgery, she was and welcoming. Durning the session she checked multiple times to adjust the her intensity or even hand placement. This was not to be a relaxing experience, but therapeutic. I left feeling great. The location beautiful inside, warm and inviting, I like seeing multiple people waiting for there sessions and were all promptly escorted to the back. I'm not a woman, but I love that you have feminine hygiene products available as well as soft hair ties. I've a member with you for over three years now and its the best investment in my health and self care.
