I had Colossal Lawn Care come out to do some lawn maintenance, added two sprinklers and a drip system for about 50 scrubs and plants. The job was well done and was very pleased. My only complaint I had was the communication. We did the walk and everything back on like May 4th. Then I heard nothing back for a month so I reached out and got a response. Took another month till I got a response with my quote. I don't mind it taking time or you're busy, but the customer shouldn't be reaching out multiple times to hear back from the company.
