Very good service oriented business.Dr. Bourlon is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and understanding. His people at the front desk are first rate too.Whenever he was working on me - he always was talking specifically what he was doing, the muscles and tendons he was trying to manipulate. I had two car accidents with in a year apart several years ago. I have been to many chiropractors some good and some not so good. Doctor Bourlon is definitely one of the best. The difference for me is the time he takes to really understand what is going on with me. The communication makes the difference. He starts out by really stretching the problem spots before he adjusts the area's. I think that makes a difference. It relaxes the muscle before the adjustment. I don't think my back will ever be fixed but I do know with the help of doctor Bourlon I can live with it.
