I will give it a zero but i dont get that option. So i called to schedule an Appointment for my dad and the lady that answered the phone her name or at least she said her name was Christina T. she wasn’t very pleasant since the beginning of the call so I called and I told her it says on your website that Dr. Richard Croft is accepting new patient at your gresham clinic and she wasn’t really nice. she says what is your insurance? so I told her what the insurance was.and she was just negative the whole time saying oh we may not take your insurance and we might not take new patients as well. so I told her well it says on your website that Dr. Richard Croft is accepting...read full review

I have been going here for several years, and have not had an issue until now. I had my annual physical about 2 months ago and due to my not great health insurance this is the only thing they will pay for 100%. When I went in for my appointment I double checked before and after the appointment with the woman at the front desk that this was only a physical and I would not be charged for anything else and both times she said that was all it was and when I left I asked if I owe anything and she said nope I was all set.
