Had an amazing appointment with Janet! She took her time to explain all my options and made sure to answer every question I had throughout the process! I love my new hair and can’t wait for my next appointment.

It was alright. The store was nice and neat, the staff were definitely dedicated to helping customers but it's too pricey for me and I'm certain the staff could tell cuz every couple minutes they were asking me if I needed any help yet to let them know. I just wanted to walk through the store so I could at least say I've been there. As for buying, probably will never purchase anything from there.

It was my 1st time actually in the store. WOW. It was so clean and organized. Every employee I encountered had a smile. They were friendly and knowledgeable. That shocked me. Most of the places I had been that day would have been served better if the employee had been a gatepost. So Ulta thank you for a great customer service experience!
