I feel sorry for anyone that has the unfortunate event of having to interact with Will of True Bread. Interacting is overstating it. The man is unresponsive and dismissive. Our HOA contacted him to plug a couple of holes in our roof that, according to our exterminator, swallows and mice were using to access our attic. Will refused to set an appointment and was slow to respond to requests. He originally contacted us via email that he was in the area and wanted to look at our house. No advance warning. After weeks and weeks of "babysitting" them with lots of calls and texts, and being put off and rescheduled over and over, we did finally get the smallest part of our project (Sheetrock and fire taping the garage ceiling) completed. It isn't done well, but it is basically done. The rest of the project (bringing a previous partial basement remodel into city compliance) apparently never made progress at all. I kept asking for updates and being put off and told someone would call me (but no one did). I finally emailed Will to let him know that I needed to see results or we would need to find a different contractor. He didn't even bother to respond, just had one of his subcontractors...read full review
