This is my favorite store. Brian the manager and his employees always test my hot tub water for me. They always print out and explain exactly what I need to do to keep my hot tub water perfect. I buy all of my products from them. I don’t even care at this point if I could find the products cheaper because I can’t even put a price on the way they always take care of me. I have been to the store many times, they never give me a reason to try another company.
The team at the Pool House & Spa have been really helpful in navigating numerous issues with my hot tub in the last couple of years, going out of their way to help me problem solve. I test my water here regularly and love the detailed step-by-step printout they provide which tells me exactly how to balance the water in my tub. I’ve also bought numerous accessories and a hot tub lid replacement. The team delivered it and even disposed of my old lid. Highly recommend!
They are great here! Really helpful friendly staff. They are not out to sell you things you don't need. They are honest about what you need and make suggestions but no pressure on purchasing.
