We live in an old house(1906) with a bunch of restaurants nearby, so of course we had some rats move into our crawlspace... Jake is a pleasure to work with, he tracked the rats to their entry points, closed them off, and trapped what was still there. All for a surprisingly reasonable price considering the amount of work and time he put into it. I really recommend him!

Jake is an expert at identifying rodent activity and resolving the issue for the long term. Exceptional customer service. We were referred to Jake after we heard rodent activity in our attic. Jake identified that squirrels and rats had found entry points into the attic and crawlspace. He secured the points of entry and monitored for any new activity. His work on identifying and securing entry points into the attic and crawlspace is expert level. If you have a rodent issue, I would call Jake 100% of the time. He provides much better services than your typical rodent vendors.

Jake is the absolute best. We called him after my cat had a mouse in his mouth in our new house. He helped us with mice, ants, squirrels, and rats, and our home is now protected. He is super informative, takes the time to explain things, does the dirty work, and really wants to save you money. He didn’t use anything that posed any risk to my cats. He didn’t use any chemicals at all. I could not be happier that we didn’t go with one of the “big guys”. Plus, he is just a really nice, genuine dude. Call him!
