I am late with this review but Sallie H. was so nice I didn't forget because she didn't have to help me the way she did. My grandfather who is 83 with dementia in an adult foster home had messed up his glasses. He is at the stage where he can't assist you much let alone participate in an eye exam. I brought his practically broken glasses in to see what could be done. Every other place wouldn't help me or said they needed him present. Not only did she help me by fixing them she cleaned them and even offered some suggestions. She was a gem. Thank you again Sallie. Outstanding Service & Recovery!
I had an exceptional experience at this location. While there was a minor issue initially, the team went above and beyond to make things right. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Tony, whose expertise and kindness during my second exam were truly impressive.
A special thank you to Caitlin and Natalia, as well as another wonderful lady on the team, for their professional and generous assistance in ensuring I walked away with the perfect pair of glasses. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and much appreciated. They are a credit to this establishment, and I hope management recognizes their hard work!
