I took my driving test here and had a great experience. The staff at the front desk were very polite and calm, and the examiner explained everything clearly and professionally. The whole process felt comfortable and not stressful.
I would give 4 and 1/2 stars but it won't let me. The first time I took the test I failed. The reason marked on my score sheet was that he had to stop me from running a stop sign/stop light. That did not happen. I sat at the sign for at least a full minute due to cross traffic. I decided that the cross traffic road was now clear of traffic so I start proceeding through the intersection. We are in the middle of the road when the instructor stop us and puts the car in reverse. He proceeds to tell me to continue when he says it is safe. He give me instructions to go around the block then back to the building because of course, at that point it was an automatic fail. He then explains to me that I couldn't see the car coming from the right and it wasn't safe to go through the intersection. He said I should have inched past the stop sign so I could see better. He was very monotone and seemed like he hated his job. The second time I passed. This new instructor greeted me and asked how I was doing, he even greeted my mom which the other instructor did not do. He was friendly and had a smile on his face before we started the test. He was clear and used a calm tone. The second guy deserves a raise, the first guy (Matthew) should find a new job. This is a great place with great service IF you get a good instructor at the Gresham location
Quest was very professional. I was quite nervous but he told me what to do and I did it and passed. There is absolutely nothing to be nervous about, if everyone is like him this a great place to get your exam.
