They truly treat everyone like family. My kids are kind of feral and they just let them be. They're always so informative with my kids prescription changes and were VERY gentle and nice with me when we thought there might be something wrong with my son. They helped my kids pick great frames and then spoiled them with chick fil a gift cards and bricks and mini figs gift cards ? Can't imagine ever going anywhere else.
