I cannot say enough about Mark R at the Massage Envy in Gresham. He is hands down the best Massage Therapist that works there, and I know because I've seen them all.. and I know what I'm talking about because I am a former Massage Therapist. If I could give Mark R. More than five stars, I would. However, I cannot be so complimentary about the management, as I feel this location is seriously mismanaged. If it wasn't for Mark, I would've canceled my membership long ago. So, the FIVE star review goes to Mark... with the management receiving ZERO stars from this regular customer.

Just finished the best one hour session with LMT Sandra with a Percussion and DMT Add-On Service. Her pressure and technique was exactly what I needed to relieve my tension migraine.

I'd never been to Massage Envy before and decided to try them out today. I was very pleased with my experience. The reception desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get registered on an iPad for my appointment. What a great way to input forms rather than handwriting them. I was offered something to drink and then led into the waiting area. The room was nice with soft furniture and low lighting. After Judy a moment, my massage therapist opened the door and called my name. I followed her to the room where she took a few minutes to ask me target areas and how much pressure I like. She also offered me options for the heating level of the bed. Megan was exceptional. Her pressure was perfect. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep a couple times. I never felt uncomfortable. Her draping technique was very good. After my massage Megan gave me a handout that detailed specific areas that my muscles could benefit from treatment. She also provided me her schedule. I decided to sign up for the membership because of my awesome experience. I can't wait to schedule my next appointment.
