“I’ve been visiting Alta for a few months now. As a nurse I’ve visited many massage therapists over the last decade or two, but Alta is the first one I’ve experienced whose skill simply cannot be denied.

First off, she’s always been punctual and gives you the full time you’ve given her to work with you. She’s down to earth, courteous, and listens to your input about what you think you need but y’all— this is also a situation where you want to leave the art to the artist because there have been so many times where something was bothering me that I didn’t even think to mention, and she found it and worked on it. Today it was my left heel (I’m a runner). Believe when I say she is intuitive!

If I could visit her once a week I could quit my anxiety meds, and if I could see her once a day I could fire my psychiatrist altogether. Honestly, considering the cost of healthcare lately, it’s definitely something I’m thinking about.

Both these lovely ladies have helped me tremendously over the past 10 years.
