New patient first visit. Impressed , Not only is the office clean and cute as can be and everyone helpful and nice and not "phony nice" either . I haven't had a good cleaning since 2019 when I was a wandering patient looking for The Office . I was a dental assistant for almost 30 yrs , yes I set a high bar , they exceeded that . Hygienist and Dr great ! I heard laughter and happy employees and Drs . Nirvana ! Doesn't get better than this
Let me first say, I really hate going to the dentist. It's probably my least favorite thing to do (like the majority of us, right?) I've been to handfuls of dentists throughout the years and they have been pretty subpar experiences. That being said, the wonderful dentists and staff at main street dental make the whole experience a lot more bearable! The front desk people are kind, the hygienists have all been wonderful, & the dentists have been gentle, kind, and amicable. I have been so appreciative of how helpful they all are & how they take the time to answer any questions you may have. I walked into Mainstreet dental with teeth that were worn down and yellow. I was too embarrassed to attend any functions or go anywhere because my teeth had gotten so bad. Within a few hours, I was fitted for 6 crowns for my upper front teeth. The process was painless and I walked out with new temporary crowns that completely transformed my smile. Dr Monson just finished putting in my permanent crowns and they look amazing. I have my smile and confidence back. I wish I had done this years ago. Thank you, Main Street Dental.
