Brought in a winter coat. When I came to pick it up, they kept saying I never dropped it off!! finally after what felt like an eternity of going back and forth. they located my coat. When I took it home to inspect it, my coat was ruined!! I’m not sure what equipment they use for dry cleaning but if you’re reading …this is your sign to stay away from this dump !! They do terrible service !!

I gave them my 2 winter coats and they gave me it back the I gave it to them and they did not clean it and they charged over priced and it is not good quality and I recommend not going here you should go somewhere else and they are not honest they should run out of business.

I received a phone call from this establishment although I have never used their services and was greeted by a very angry man shouting at me to pick up my clothes or they would be thrown on the street. I tried to explain to him that I don't have any clothes there and that he had the wrong person but he didn't want to hear what I was saying. He then proceeded to call me tacky and insult me and let me know that my "tacky clothes are on the street now". Based on my sole experience with this establishment I doubt I will ever use their services and cannot say that I would recommend that anyone else use them either.
