During the process of closing on our house, we needed a quote on a large garage with a metal roof that was leaking somewhere. I & A roofing came out within our inspection window and assessed the quality of the house and garage roofs. In the report and quote, Nikita confirmed that garage roof was leaking and gave specific measurement of the amount of moisture under the roof and the crumbling particle board. They also highlighted bad flashing and unsealed nails on the main roof (which our home inspector missed). They gave us a quote that helped us in our negotiation with the seller.
