After 20+ years of needing crowns, I finally had 4 of them done and I finally have a good smile again! Dr Lu was quick, efficient and accurate work with no issues throughout multiple visits. Incredible assistants that make the visits more enjoyable!

Let me start by saying I have a very very hard time visiting the dentist due to high anxiety. I've been through several appointments now and each time I am impressed with the caring nature and understanding I have received. Krystal at the front desk is your first stop. She's well organized and willing to answer any questions you may have. Once you're in the chair and they have an understanding that you are nervous, they do everything in their power to ease those concerns. Point being, these guys listen to their patients and it's worth giving them a try. I will be returning for all appointments needed.
I came to Gresham Station Dental, Dr Lu's, after a terrible experience with another dental office. Dr Lu and her entire staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional going above and beyond. I've never felt more at ease and comfortable at any dental office. Dr Lu assessed me and determined that my dental needs were not what Aspen Dental tried to 'sell me' for nearly $4k. In fact she determined my dental needs were much more minor, and at $0 cost because I have two dental policies. Dr Lu and staff clearly place patients first with a strong value in integrity and trust. Thank you Dr Lu. You have a patient for life. ?
