I have been going here for years. They are so good with my dogs. I have German shepherds and many vets don't like working with them. The vets here are wonderful with them. They are very friendly and kind to both their patients and us, the parents. I definitely recommend them.

While the visit itself was fine, I had to remind Dr Powers why we were there (annual checkup), and the girl I spoke with at the registration table told me that I needed to pay $150 prior to my dog's scheduled surgery online, but failed to give me the instructions on how to do so - there was no information about that online - turns out that a link had to be sent by text, which you had to request ahead of time.

They really care about taking care of your pets. They went above and beyond for my dog when he wasn’t walking one day, they had a same day cancellation as I was leaving the office, and ran after me in the parking lot to offer the cancelled appointment time to me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Never going anywhere else! 15/10
