I've been really impressed with our experience at Eastwind Computers, especially for as long-winded as our computer problems seem to be.My husband bought a new graphics card a couple weeks ago, and we went to Eastwind to get it installed. Eastwind installed it successfully, however we had a ton of problems with the computer post-install. There would be this intermittent crash, and failure to turn on and we ended up taking it back to Eastwind. I took my old computer in to diagnose the problem. They found the Mother Board failed. A $35.00 charge to do so, that I thought was reasonable.They said it was to old to repair. 12 years.I need a computer. I shoped around on the internet with my laptop and other places, and yes, I found other prices a little less, but I decided to buy it there. Because, they talk to you, explain things better and just if the new one has a problem, I can just take it back to East Wind.I haven't got it yet. They called yesterday, Friday, that it was ready, but I was too busy and called them back and told them Monday, and they said that would be fine. Nice company to deal with.Larry Ellis
