I called and the next day Jim came to our home took down all our honeycomb Hunter Douglas blinds. He was friendly, efficient and made effort to inspect all my window treatments. The next day he retuned and reinstalled all the blinds and fixed a few things on blinds. Jim knew I had family coming for the weekend and made extra effort to complete project before they arrived. The window treatments look great! I highly recommend Cindy’s Window Fashions.

We had a couple old Hunter Douglas accordion blinds that stopped working. We got a hold of Cindy. The guy come over, took him down and took them back into their shop. Repaired them brought them back put them up. They weren’t great thank you, Cindy.

My new blind needed to have the cord repaired as it broke when my husband pulled too hard on it trying to lower the blind. They repaired it in three days but I waited 2 wks. and phoned when I had not received word that it was ready. I was told that a message was left. I would have appreciated having a second message sent as I never received the first message.
