I already loved Bella nails, but today I got a gel pedicure from Philip and it was the best one I have ever had. He was incredibly precise and I am obsessed with the quality he gave me. His massage was one of the best I have ever had and I absolutely will be going back and requesting him. He also listened to my request and followed it without any hesitation.
