First, I normally don't answer surveys so I really hope the fact that I am means something.
I switched to Willamette dental in January from a different insurance plan primarily because the ortho benefit was better for my child and we have not established a dentist since moving here from California 3 years ago. I had been trying to get us appointments since around March and have been stuck on the waiting list so my intention was to change to a different dental insurance/provider in January 2025.
