I have been going to Kate for a few years for my hard gel manicures and she is one of the best in Grants Pass! She can do anything from intricate or wild art to a demure set that's perfect for every day. She has the sweetest personality- Kate is genuine and warm and Soulshine is just an inviting place to be.
