Late in the evening my mom's neighbor (under the influence) drove his truck through the front of her house. While no one was seriously injured, this was a lot to deal with, let alone having to secure the giant hole in the front of her house. I called five different companies that offer an emergency board up service, and Service Master was the only one that answered my call. They responded within ten minutes and got the job done quickly. I am so grateful I didn't need to run out and buy materials and head back to my house to grab tools (45 minutes in each direction) during the middle of the night. From the start of picking up the pieces after a house fire to the very end I had the best experience with service masters. They were kind and compassionate. Great at communicating any and all information. The staff was always lovely and super helpful! Always available to answers questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone!
