“We had water damage caused from rain, its been a long long winter so the leak ended up damage to the inside of the house. Lawless became a part of the situation when they came to tarp the roof while the water damage company got things under control and dried the inside of the house. I had the chance then to talk with them about the future repairs and that they could fix the roof and repair the post to the pergola/Awning part of the roof. The repairs are now done. They did all the work on the estimate even to go the extra mile it took. Greg and Jeff worked very hard on this special project working safely with harness ropes. A lot like the tree trimers used when they climbed to trim our trees. They also checked out the other vents and potential problems. Replacement of shingles to where the tarp was nailed down.
They came on time, got to working right away were very kind and would answer any questions that I had along the way. I learned a lot from them. At the end Danny the project manager came and walked the roof. It is in pretty good condition but will much benefit from annual pre winter inspections and moss control.
Lawless will be doing that, I know now that they can see a problem before it actually is a problem. I learned that stapples are for paper not for your shingles. I recommend if you haven't thought you need a roof inspection because your roof is only X amount years old to think about how Lawless could prevent future events like the one we had, if I had regular check-ups.
