I was visiting my mom and decided to bring her here for a trim. The staff and students were very friendly and accommodating. My mom had Lauren who did her trim. Lauren was patient and spent time ensuring my mom's hair was even. Liliana did my trim and she was also very diligent. I love that Phagans' offer military prices and senior discounts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and return in the future.
Sarah was absolutely amazing. I initially went to her for a cut and style and found myself in her chair one week later for highlights and she did a phenomenal job. She worked with my box dyed hair and made it absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to booking with her again.
The prices are much lower than your average salon because it's a Beauty College. The students do the haircuts with supervision from their instructors. I've been going here since I moved to Grants Pass in 2019. I'm writing this in 2026. So far they've done a great job. The only time I've been disappointed was when I told them what I thought I wanted... (And they gave it to me), only to discover that wasn't what I wanted after all. I can't really blame that on them. LOL. Also, military personnel and veterans get a GREAT discount - the last time I checked it only cost them $2 for a haircut!!
