Tom is terrific to deal with. Always returns phone calls promptly. I needed to replace my pump and another company could not pull the pump. I contacted Tom and he came out, was able to pull the old pump and replace it with a new one. His cost was much lower than other companies I had contacted because he only replaced exactly what was needed. Tom's service was excellent and I highly recommend him for any needed well service. Recently, my well pump failed. I contacted a well-known well company...they come out, did an assessment, gave an estimate and then told me I would need to remove my cattery because they couldn’t access the well. This cattery cost several thousand dollars to put in! I was in a panic!! And, I didn’t have water, except for the holding tank. I was referred to Tom at Pacific Pump. He was at my door in less than two hours. He assessed the issue and then said the best words ever: “I have equipment that will go right over your cattery”...hooray! Tom was back the next day...he replaced the pump, fixed all the lines...all with a wonderful sense of humor and a smile!! I cannot express in words what a relief it was to have everything back up and running without disturbing my kitties! And the best part?? Tom did the job for a great deal less than the other company! I highly recommend Pacific Pump!! Honest, Punctual, Experienced Expert Service...at a very price!!
