I need you to contact me asap. You stood me up for appointment today. I have been trying to get this appointment since July. Its been rescheduled several times. I stayed late in GP after my 4th nightshift in a row to get it done. And you're ignoring my calls. I don't know whats going on but this is just not cool and its incredibly unprofessional. I need my deposit back. I'm super disappointed. I liked what you did for my hair and I liked you. I've never had a stylist that I wanted to go back to and now I am going to have to find a new provider.
