Insurance can be difficult to navigate and this year was no different, but Robyn Voisin with Insurance Lounge was exceptional! did not hear back from the original person I spoke with about a quote, but she immediately responded to my inquiries. She thoroughly and quickly assisted on multiple issues I had, and followed up right away when changes were made. She was incredibly professional and made this process so much easier for me. We have been going to Insurance Lounge in Grants Pass, Oregon for several years. Christine, Insurance Concierge, is amazing. She makes understanding the health insurance maze easy. She knows all aspects of health insurance frontwards and backwards. She is an expert in her field. I mean an EXPERT! A couple of years ago I went on Medicare. Signing up for and choosing a supplemental could not have been easier, or dare I say, fun! Christine takes her time to explain each option. There is absolutely no pressure to choose a certain plan, and they do not receive any kind of commission. I have been happy with my coverage as a result and it's great to have a decent understanding of it - all because of Christine. I am unsure why others do not take advantage of this free service. I highly recommend Insurance Lounge for all of your insurance needs. They make it simple to choose a plan that fits you. Take advantage of this amazing service in our backyard!
