I would like to say that they had someone come out Danny I believe his name was came out and did it estimate and he was prompt. He was quick. He was friendly. I said yes I want to work with you guys so they cleared their schedule in the next day they sent Cody and Charlie out and Cody and Charlie were very good. They were diligently. They told me where they were at every time they were doing stuff. It was very, very good work, ethics, and prompt. I would highly recommend this company because of their prompt service, their professionalism and their kindness.
I DIY installed a mini-split and the unit would not turn on after my install. Indoor Airman came out the very next morning and had the unit running before lunchtime...and belive me, I made some big league mistakes with the install. Vic was very positive and friendly to me and my wife. Vic helped me understand the repairs he made and worked within our DIY budget and mindset. Vics quality of work is outstanding. I will have Indoor Airman work for me anytime, and will recommend them highly to my friends.
