Looking at some of the negative reviews tells me that they didn't do their research. The one on installation. You probably should have read the installation instructions. When installed correctly, you won't have weather issues. I know, because I have one in a harsh area and I read my installation instructions. There is a key instruction you need to follow to keep your mail dry. Mostly common sense, but reading it might help it make more sense. The other negative review about the mail slot. You make any incredibly strong mailbox. We have lost count of how many times it has been hit with various objects. After 12 years it may be missing a bit of paint and has some scratches, but it's still going strong. It's been a great investment. Thanks for a quality product.

the quality of this box is second to none. Don't think twice about it worth every penny. Customer service is exceptional they run a great family business. Don't forget its made in the U.S.A. you are supporting American workers. Keep America great again!
