I have never been more impressed with any clinic or company in my life. I live out of town from Grants Pass but was visiting when my glasses needed repair. I dropped in the Eye Care Group of Southern Oregon on 6th Street to see if they could replace the bridge on my eyeglasses. They went way above and beyond my expectations when they not only replaced the bridge but also my wobbly worn-out temples. And at no charge!!! I live 150 miles away but am now thinking, if their patient care is even half of what they gave me that day, I would be in better hands for my eyecare needs than anywhere else I can think of going. Seriously thinking that the 300-mile round-trip commute for an eye exam and new glasses may be well worth the drive! THANK YOU SO MUCH EYE CARE GROUP OF SOUTHERN OREGON on 6th St in Grants Pass!!!!!

Good exam but When it came time to find a pair of glasses that would fit my smaller frame face, staff were very disinterested and helped a little then gave up. I quickly found a pair that I thought would work. They don’t fit properly even after being “fitted” by another disinterested staff member.This is a big investment and now stuck with for 2 years. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Great customer service and many kind people working at this establishment! If you are having vision issues, you should consider calling this business. They get you an appointment quickly and the exam process does not take very long. If you don't have insurance, the overall cost of the exam and glasses is really affordable.
