Amazing Service – Highly Recommend!
Of course, our system had to go out during the first hottest week of the year! We had a similar issue last summer, and the team explained that while they were able to get it running then, the system was over 20 years old and had sustained damage from pets.
This year, when it failed again, they offered to fix it but also gave us a detailed quote for a new system. We decided to move forward with the replacement, and the new system was installed on Wednesday. The team was fast, professional, and super friendly.

We have had an outstanding experience with Empire. From the first we were impressed with Les a humble straight-talking man who knows his stuff. We agreed to his quote and that is what we paid to the penny. He told us they could come the next day and they did. Within hours we were able to enjoy the best cooling we have ever had in our home and we got to beat the triple digit temperatures that followed.
