I have been going to this practice for the past three years since 2023 It has been the most greatest experience I have had. Dr Fullmer is very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient and more then willing to answer all your questions, The staff is very friendly, fun to talk to and are also very kind and patient. The optical dept has been excellent to work with, very thorough in the care of how the glasses look and fit. The reception desk, they have been very professional and easy to communicate. This was a great experience! Got me scheduled for surgery soon and went through the whole schedule of appointments and what to expect. Dr. Fullmer was great at showing me the eye model and exactly what he would be doing. It was awesome. I never knew much about eye anatomy. What I do know is that right now I can hardly see, but in a few days I may not even need glasses for distance! The staff at this office were all very friendly and I only had very short wait time when one person left me and the next came in. Everyone we so happy to answer all my questions.

Iām a patient at Cascade & came by to have an arm fixed on some glasses, from what I thought I purchased there. It turned out that I had purchased them elsewhere but the ladies in the back took care of it anyway. They MacGyvered them up and away I went! š
