I was suffering from a moderate to severe L4/5 disc herniation. Completely wrecked at times, pain I don’t wish on anyone. I was in there twice a week for several months. At this point I’ve returned to my usual lifestyle that includes a lot of hiking, biking, skate, surfing, snowboarding. Body maintenance is Crucial, living with an injury like this does change the way you do some things, that’s natural and just the way it is. Everyone here is capable of helping you get back on track if you’re outta whack.
