I had used the company several years before with good service. The guy came to my door, said he was the son of the man who had done the work before. He asked if I wanted the carpet cleaned and coincidentally, I did. He asked for 1/2 down as a deposit. I wrote him a check. He was supposed to come a week later and do the job. At the appointed time he never showed, and never did show. Couldn't get through calling. Went to his address and it literally didn't exist. The bank had already cleared the check by the time I found out that it was a $130 rip-off.
