I dropped it off asking for new thermal paste and a replacement WiFi card. Called me 2 hours later saying it was ready for pickup. I thought it was a scam but no, they were just quick.

Just had the one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. Arrived at 9:30 am, had my PC apart within 10 minutes, tested all kinds of stuff, and found not just the direct problem but also a secondary one. Had replacement parts and by 10:30am my pc was back together and working. All that and a final price that was WAY less than I expected!!! And they were extremely friendly, chatting with me what they were looking at while they did it. Absolutely turned what I thought would be a stressful day into a wonderful one.
