She asked if I could come on down, I was able to and she got me in, fixed my nail and touched up my polish on the other nails. She is so kind and friendly and did a fantastic job on my nail that was split. I would definitely recommend !!!

“I’m a low maintenance minimalist kinda girl and getting my haircut ranks pretty low on my list of favorite things. In Feb I went to a “fancy” place downtown Medford b/c the owner/stylist was self-proclaimed for being well-versed in working with fine & thinning hair. I just wanted to get my long scraggly damaged hair cut to a lob for a more manageable & clean look. She decided it was best to take a little off & keep my length & to come back if I wanted it short. I spent $120 for that cut, taking her advice since she was the “expert”… I left and really felt like there was no difference in my hair nor had she achieved my goals. My hair was still long, scraggly & flat… just a few inches shorter. Now it’s June, it’s hot, and my hair was the same. I opted to go where I use to go, Great Clips (though in Idaho, not yet here in Oregon). I knew what I wanted, told the stylist and she seemed very confident in knowing what to do. I didn’t care at this point, I just wanted this mess gone! When she was initially done, she had done exactly what I wanted & asked if I liked the back. She said she’d done point cutting on my ends (for texture), but could add in long layers for my movement & I agreed. I can’t tell you how refreshing it felt to have this haircut, how happy I was to finally be taken seriously about what I wanted, & to finally have the hair gone that made me feel insecure & frustrated every day! Kamala (I think was my stylist) from the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much? I’m on cloud 9 with my new hairdo & will definitely come back!?“
