“I made the huge mistake of having another carpet cleaning company shampoo my carpets. After a very mediocre job (and $440 down the drain!), we noticed our carpets smelled like cat urine! Yes, Cat Urine! And we've never had a cat in our house. Ever! I thought our carpets were ruined.
