We called on The Total Eclipse Monday - no reply Monday, but bright and early we heard from them today (Tuesday) - they updated our info and said some would call. My husband got a call by 3:00 on Tuesday we now have water (a broken pipes due to rat - yuck!!!) We called two plumbers on Sunday - one was going out of town and was closed on Eclipse Monday, one had 40 calls and didn't know when he would get to us after the Eclipse. Radar plumbing is tops!
