Luke was amazing at diagnosing and solving our problem with a perfect plan. I am so happy that people suggested I use Watts Heating and Cooling. Very honest and reliable. They keep in touch with you if any appointment time is going to change. They are right on top of it and they also have the nicest people working in the office as well! We are in need of a whole home generator and contacted 4 contractors who offered various solutions but the representatives were not only divergent in their bids, they were very different in their listening skills. We are an elderly couple and cost vs. benefit, ease of installation, etc. are all considerations. Ultimately Ryan with Watts was the most patient and offered a couple of solutions with the afore mentioned in mind. He was our first impression of the company and earned 5 stars.

We contacted Watts this morning at 9 am to look at our air conditioner, it had stopped working and it will be 100 degrees today. They sent out Luke by noon and although he couldn’t get it fixed today, it had frozen up and needs to thaw, someone will be back tomorrow to get it running (hopefully). We really appreciate the fast and knowledgeable service Luke provided today, I highly recommend this company!
