Schlenker Chiropractic, led by Dr. Jason Schlenker, is highly regarded for its exceptional chiropractic services. Patients have been visiting Dr. Schlenker for many years, even before his move to the current location, due to his expertise and amiable personality. He not only resolves existing issues but also helps prevent their recurrence by providing helpful advice. One patient with a congenital deformity and another with a reluctance to be 'touched' by others have found great care under Dr. Schlenker's supervision. His knowledge and understanding of health conditions, particularly a rare autoimmune condition, make patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. Dr. Schlenker takes the time to understand each patient's concerns and tailors his approach accordingly. The positive atmosphere extends to the clinic's receptionist, Brianna, who is appreciated for her sweetness, helpfulness, and efficiency. Patients travel from Salem to Portland and pay out of pocket to benefit from Dr. Schlenker's services, demonstrating the high level of satisfaction they experience at Schlenker Chiropractic.
I cannot say enough great things about this place. What started out as me sleeping on my arm wrong one night turned into a week of agonizing nerve pain and movement restriction. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was hesitant to go but I was urged by a friend to see Dr. Schlenker. He completely fixed me on my first appointment. My nerve pain was gone, my movement restriction was gone, and my struggle to get comfortable while trying to sleep had also disappeared. I was a complete mess when I walked into his office and I left as what felt like a different person. I am so thankful I am in his care!
This place is the best. I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors and have found that Jason has the skill to really loosen things up and I feel way better after seeing him, compared to other times I left a Chiropractors’ office not sure if it was worth my time or money. The massages are great, I sit too much while working from home and I am amazed at the impact it has on my hips, lower back and legs. I kinda don’t want to tell people this place is so good, because it’s a gem and I want to keep it all to myself. Unfortunately, it’s so good I know it can be tremendously helpful to people!
I have struggled with hip pain for the last eight years. I have had two surgeries on my left hip, resulting in the last being a total hip replacement. I continue to struggle with pain and my physician wanted to do a third surgery to cut my psoas muscle. Dr. Schlenker suggested that I try their laser therapy and after three treatments, I was able to walk without pain. I felt like I had just had another Cortisone shot. At this point, I feel comfortable to say that I will not be having that third surgery. Dr. Schlenker always takes extra time to listen, assess and find the best treatment options available. I would highly recommend Dr. Schlenker for all your chiropractic and sport’s medicine needs.
