I cannot say enough good things about this place! My'Chell is a wonderful practitioner, and has helped me immensely. I have suffered from migraines for a few years now, and since I started acupuncture, I have significantly decreased how often I need medication. She is very thorough in her practice, and provides a calming environment. I feel like she really takes the time to figure out the cause of some of my pain, and how to help improve everything she can. I highly recommend Elements Holistic Wellness. I have gone there for years and it's been a blessing in my life. I work on my feet all day at a physically demanding job with and Mychell has helped me manage my back and hip pain that comes from that. I feel immediately better after an acupuncture session. Her office space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. There are many details (heat lamps, essential oils, music) that make the space feel wonderful. Mychell is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!
