Axel and Ros were so helpful and kind. They both made the process stress free and quick. They were both personable and polite! Thank you so much! Update: I have had the vehicle for a little over year and I am extremely satisfied with Stephen in the service department and the many people who helped behind the scenes get some warranty work done my Versa and then some. I'm still a satisfied customer a year+ later!
Super impressed by Nick in sales. His approach to customer service is phenomenal. Worked with him twice but unfortunately didn’t end up purchasing the car for a couple reasons. From start to finish he was a respectful gentleman with low pressure and professional demeanor. Didn’t flinch a bit at loss of the sale. True professional with a knowledgeable mechanic background. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Nick.
Started well...got a bit rocky in the negotiations and finalizing the deal but the dealership showed integrity and commitment to get the deal done. Earned my business for another purchase in a couple of weeks! Thanks to Cameron and Rock for assistance and support.
