Beware do not use her she doesn't know what she's doing
We took 2 years of taxes to her and the one year she did fill unfortunately she didn't do it correctly so we had to send in a corrected one to the state and fed the second year she lost one of my W2 and mortgage statement and then never filled them
So we ended up with penalties and interest

Horrible lady with no customer service
Never calls you back and rarely is even in the office to be able to talk to her
I am filing a complaint about her to the State and the federal IRS as she still has our money and never filed both years

If I could give negative stars I would. She cost us $$$$ in late fees for 2 years of taxes she said she filed but never did. Don't know how she could have since we didn't sign one of the returns because she won't answer the phone and isn't there during business hours. Worst experience. Do NOT recommend and have filed a complaint with the state and federal irs.
UPDATED to say she also lost documents we gave her for filing and lost the check for services. When she did find it over 6 months later- again after NOT actually filing anything she had the gall to cash the check.

Debbie made me feel welcomed . Very kind. Was nervous about going to take care of my taxes for several years. She listened very sympathetic and genuine. I felt very comfortable. Ask the right right questions.. caring person . Thank you Debbie ?
